im starting to do much better...
the daily working out is starting to bring me more joy and i can find a reason to drink more water!
the daily mind training is helping a lot with work. I can caculate a little quicker now.
the daily meditation is quite hard to grasp onto but i will get better.
the daily reading is quite helpful since im reading a lot of self help. speed reading is quite easy once you understand how our eyes and mind corporate togeather.
