About five years ago, we had Quan JuDe Duck in Beijing, it was quite different from how we eat duck in Wuhan, and I know some people abroad they don't eat ducks at all. However, it was really famous in Wuhan as well, such as Zhou Heiya, and Juewei brand which comes from Hunan provinces.
I had some pieces, and found it okay to eat, I could only get used to food slowly, like the first time I went to Northeast China, everything i only had one bite, then I gave up until one day I was hungry and ate things up. And later on, I think the food were delicious.
If next time I will have peking duck again, I think not too much will be okay, I have to say, spicy food are more attractive to me. The only thing is that I will get my face with acnes, which will get me into panic.
