I have finished yet another long shift at work but finally I have A well earned day off coming up tomorrow and so for this evening I went for A nice walk exploring the lake and just racking up some steps.
I didn't quite have the energy for A run my last run was Monday night and I am hoping I can do A run tomorrow as it is a day off maybe I can branch out and travel somewhere further away for a new route who knows.
It was a very enjoyable walk this evening cooler weather but warm enough to not wear a coat and it was just right.
