Post Run Snack

After my first ever 5km run my body is aching all over, I am not used to this at all it is quite new to me cardio has been something I rarely do but I have realised I need to look after myself more and so I have taken up cardio more.

mainly its swimming and running Swimming I enjoy more, and running is something I am very new to despite enjoying long walks/hikes.

After my run this evening my body has really gone through it and hydration is important and with that, in mind, I picked up some reduce Watermelon for 50 pence as it was out of date at the end of the day and A big bottle of water.
