Más cerca de la naturaleza 🍃 [Esp-Eng]

Un día de aventura y conexión, eso fue lo que viví el día jueves y viernes en mi compañía de mi madre, mi tía y mi prima camino al lugar donde ellas crecieron y que ahora no visitamos tanto. El motivo no es el mejor, pues mi abuela materna falleció hace varios días y fuimos al último novenario, aunque quienes han visto mi contenido quizá hayan tenido la oportunidad de ver qué he visitado este lugar muchas veces, en ésta ocasión no fue la mejor de las circunstancias pero igual disfrute mucho estar en contacto con la naturaleza.

A day of adventure and connection, that is what I experienced on Thursday and Friday in the company of my mother, my aunt and my cousin on my way to the place where they grew up and that now we do not visit so much. The reason is not the best, because my maternal grandmother passed away several days ago and we went to the last novenario, although those who have seen my content may have had the opportunity to see that I have visited this place many times, this time was not the best of circumstances but I still enjoyed being in contact with nature.

Este lugar está ubicado en Guárico, y es conocido como Cantagallo, aunque caminamos un poco más hasta una zona más rural, no hay señal telefónica y una anécdota importante es que mi papá nos llevó hasta la carretera de asfalto y luego dónde todo era tierra nos tocó caminar pero habían removido la tierra días antes con un tractor y llovió así que se hizo mucho barro porque la tierra estaba suelta y nuestros zapatos se enterraban en el barro, y el viaje a pie que era de 35 minutos se convirtió en una hora debido a los obstáculos del camino.

This place is located in Guárico, and is known as Cantagallo, although we walked a little further to a more rural area, there is no telephone signal and an important anecdote is that my dad took us to the asphalt road and then where everything was dirt we had to walk but they had removed the land days before with a tractor and it rained so it was very muddy because the land was loose and our shoes were buried in the mud, and the trip on foot that was 35 minutes became an hour because of the obstacles in the road.

Cuando íbamos por la mitad del camino comenzó a llover, y sin un techo cerca nos tocó mojarnos en la lluvia, y los bolsos los guardamos dentro de bolsas plásticas, y el camino más pegajoso y peligroso por el barro pero con mucho ánimo seguimos caminando hasta nuestro destino, fuimos bien recibidas con un delicioso café para calentar el cuerpo, nos cambiamos y esa misma noche fuimos al novenario.

When we were half way down the road it started to rain, and without a roof nearby we had to get wet in the rain, and we put our bags inside plastic bags, and the road was more sticky and dangerous because of the mud, but with lots of encouragement we continued walking to our destination, we were welcomed with a delicious coffee to warm the body, we changed and that same night we went to the novena.

Al día siguiente fuimos al río, exploramos en la naturaleza, comimos sopa en fogón, se sentía una paz genial. Hasta que llegó la tarde y ahora debíamos devolvernos a pie, puesto que para allá no hay ruta, solo pasan carros particulares pero en vista de las lluvias el acceso es difícil, y emprendimos nuestro camino con el sol cubriéndonos las espaldas, sin embargo conseguimos que nos dieran un aventón a mitad del camino, y así no nos cansamos tanto, fue una experiencia que quedará siempre en nuestros corazones, dimos el último adiós a mi abuela y compartimos un poco con el resto de la familia.

The next day we went to the river, we explored in nature, we ate soup in a bonfire, we felt a great peace. Until the afternoon came and now we had to return on foot, since there is no road there, only private cars pass, but in view of the rains access is difficult, and we started our way with the sun covering our backs, however we managed to get a ride halfway, and so we did not get so tired, it was an experience that will always remain in our hearts, we said our last goodbye to my grandmother and shared a little with the rest of the family.
