What I have also tried is a fresh, healthy and colorful food, ideal for summer that I really like, are the #PokeBowls. They have been in fashion for some time now, when actually making beautiful salads in a large bowl was already something I did at home. But it is true that, in specialized stores, they make them really very photogenic. It's a shame to eat it.
But the poke bowl that I have eaten now I really liked. Some time ago I saw a place that had all the stars and in the comments people highlighted the sympathy of the person who prepared it. It is a takeaway place that specializes precisely in poke bowls to be different, and curiously it is not in a central location or busy street, but on a corner of a normal street in a small town, but it has managed to make a name for itself. hollow and I understand why. The place is called NutriPort.
It is true that the girl is very nice and friendly, she explains everything well and you choose the ingredients, you build your own personalized poke bowl!
We ordered two, different ones, with different ingredients: One with salmon, tuna, avocado, feta cheese, hard-boiled egg and quinoa base, oh and chili sauce. And another with teriyaki chicken, jalapeños, avocado carrot, and cavias lentil base (they are black) with rice, also chili sauce. That sauce was very tasty really.
They have more ingredients, you choose a few, and they are placed, one after the other, everything is tight and in the end there is a lot of food in those apparent little bowls to take away.
Then you go, uncover and eat. And we enjoy. We will go more times, because for a day in a hurry, you can also eat well by ordering food to take home, as well as healthy and beautiful food in an original and personalized poke bowl! Yummy!
