In the past few months, we've been growing our menu by adding savory dishes that will suit the taste of our local customers. One of the most requested dishes by our customers is to bring back our pasta dishes. During the pandemic, we had to downsized our menu and focused our attention in refining our dessert products. We grew the variety of cream puff flavors that we serve to our patrons. At the moment, we are focusing our attention on developing the savory dishes that we want to serve at our place.
The first among the savory dishes that we launch a few months ago is the Creamy Carbona. Personally, it's one of my favorite dishes to order at a restaurant and so it's one of the first choices that we have in mind. The sauce is loaded with cream and cheese which is great for garlic bread dipping. This is the kind of experience that we want our customers to have... to dip or even scoop the sauce with toasted bread!
We call it the “most basic of primitive pleasures". Eating food and tasting good dishes can be a human experience without borders. In other words, it is something every human has in common.
Sweet memories are created when we share those moments of tasting and sharing good food with loved ones. My favorite moment of celebrating good food with loved ones is when I've shared unforgettable moments with friends at a restaurant by taste-testing a variety of pasta dishes.
