January flew by and with it my vacation expired. In the last two weeks, I decided to paint the façade as well. To do this, I had to make some details using ceramic/porcelain tiles. This stage was carried out by me and my father, while I made the cut-outs and my crown applied the ceramic tiles to the wall.

First, we made the column that divides the façade into two parts and then we made the wall at the entrance to the house. The most complicated part was the 45º cut-outs I had to make. In the 7-meter column all the floors have this cutout, to make this cut you need to use marble saw and sander with water diamond blade. With the right tools, making the 45º cut is easy, but I had problems because I was using a diamond blade on the marble saw that wasn't suitable and after a few lost pieces, I realized that I needed to use an ultra-fine porcelain blade.

After the 45º cuts with the marble saw, to finish the cut, the sander is used with a water diamond blade. The front wall also had a few 45º cuts. It was hard work, but very satisfactory once it was done. To paint the façade, I hired a team to grout and paint, and a fulget texture was applied with a compressor. After the hard work of painting the inside of the house, I decided to hire professional labor to do it, but believe me, even though I'm not a painter, my finish is much better than those painters.

After the walls were primed, the bottom paint was done and then some parts had to be insulated so that the texture injected by the compressor wouldn't get on the floor, doors, windows and so on. Once this work is complete, there is very little left to do to finish everything that was planned. I still have another week's vacation, so it's going to be an exhausting few days.

O mês de janeiro passou voando e com eles minhas férias expiraram. Nessa duas últimas semanas que passaram eu resolvi pintar também a fachada, para isso foi preciso fazer alguns detalhes utilizando cerâmica/porcelanato. Esta etapa foi realizada por mim e por meu pai, enquanto eu fazia os recortes meu coroa aplicava a cerâmica na parede.

Incialmente, foi feita a coluna que divide a a fachada em duas partes e depois fizemos o muro da entrada da casa. A parte mais complicado foram os recorte em 45º que tive que fazer. Na coluna de 7 metros todos os pisos possuem esse recorte, para fazer esse corte é preciso utilizar serra mármore e lixadeira com disco diamantado d'água. Com as ferramentas certas fazer o corte de 45º é fácil, mas eu tive problemas por usar um disco diamantado na serra marmore que não era adquadro e depois de algumas peças perdidas conversando percebi que era preciso utilizar um disco ultra fino para porcelanato.

Após os cortes de 45º com a serra marmore para dar acabamento no corte é passado a lixadeira com disco diamantado d'água. No muro da frente também teve algumas recortes em 45º foi um trabalho árduo, mas bastante satisfatório depois de feito. Para realizar a pintura da fachada contratei um equipe para emassar e pintar, pois foi aplicado uma textura fulget com compressor. Depois do árduo trabalho de pintura no interior da casa, este resolvi contratar mão de obra profissional para fazer, mas acreditem mesmo não sendo pintor meu acabamento é muito melhor do que esses pintores.

Depois das paredes emassadas foi feita a pintura de fundo e depois é preciso fazer a isolação de algumas partes, para que a textura injetada pelo compresso não suje a piso, portas, janelas, dentre outros. Após a finalização desse serviço a falta muito pouco para finalizar tudo que estava programado. Ainda tenho mais essa semana de férias, para finalizar tudo serão dias exaustivos.
