Los días pasan y con ellos se van las oportunidades de hacer algo por nosotros; en principio. Porque por los demás seguro sí hay tareas por hacer.

Regalarnos minutos de salud es para mi los momentos más importantes. Aunque el nivel de exigencia sea bajo, para mi no hay duda que es necesario cada movimiento que hago diario.

La vida podría se puede observar bastante simple, pero no siempre es así. El tema de regalarnos salud a través del ejercicio la mayoría de las veces es doloroso, para mi no hay un día que la activación muscular sea distinta. Pero es necesario para no tener una musculatura rígida.

Hice piernas con mucho cuidado: dentro de los ejercicios que hice: primero mucho estiramientos para que los músculos se despierten, luego sentadillas y búlgara, además de abductores para ayudarme.

Sigo prevenida de no lastimar mi tobillo y termine de sanar. Ya estoy a tan solo un 0% de molestia pero igual mantendré cuidado. Ya quieto entrenar para correr.

Una de las cosas que estoy disfrutando mucho, son mis zapatos, cómodos y ligeros.

Ya me veo corriendo pronto, de lo contrario seguiré los entrenamientos con mucha delicadeza 😅

I did legs very carefully: among the exercises I did: first a lot of stretching to wake up the muscles, then squats and bulgara, plus abductors to help me.

I'm still careful not to hurt my ankle and finish healing. I'm already at 0% discomfort but I'll still be careful. I'm still training to run.

One of the things I am really enjoying are my shoes, comfortable and light.

I can see myself running soon, otherwise I will continue training very gently 😅.
