Hello friends I hope you are very well, on this side of the world we are coping with this heat wave that is affecting this city and I think many other cities in the country, on this side I am always trying to stay hydrated and protected from the sun.
To hydrate myself I am always preparing refreshing drinks and drinking a lot of water, but this time I took advantage of coming back to the city and I stopped at the kiosk of a guy who sells cold coconuts in Caripito, I hadn't been there for a long time and I really wanted to enjoy a cold coconut water.
Coconut water is very hydrating and has many other health benefits but what I wanted was to refresh myself and the coconuts were super cold and delicious.
This guy not only sells cold coconuts but also coconuts, but he told us that his fridge got damaged and so now he is not preparing coconuts but he is only selling cold coconuts and also dried coconuts.
I took the opportunity and bought a couple of coconuts to prepare a cocada at home and kill the craving hehehehe when I prepare it I will share it on my blog.
Now I see the photos and I want another cold coconut 🤤🤤.

Hola amigos espero se encuentren muy bien, por este lado del mundo estamos sobrellevando está ola de calor que está afectando está ciudad y creo que otras tantas ciudades del país, por este lado siempre estoy tratando de mantenerme hidratada y protegida del sol.
Para hidratarme siempre estoy preparándome bebidas refrescantes además de consumir mucha agua, pero está vez aproveché que venía de regreso a la cuidad y me detuve en el kiosko de un muchacho que vende cocos fríos en caripito, tenía mucho tiempo que no pasaba por ahí y tenía muchísimas ganas de disfrutar de un agua de coco bien fría.
El agua de coco es muy hidratante y tiene muchos beneficios más para la salud pero yo lo que quería era refrescarme y los cocos estaban súper fríos y deliciosos.
Este muchacho no solo vende coco fríos sino que también cocadas, pero nos contó que su nevera se le daño y por eso ahorita no está preparando cocadas sino que solo está vendiendo los cocos fríos y también cocos secos.
Yo aproveché y le compré par de cocos para preparar una cocada en casa y así matar el antojo jejeje cuando la prepare la comparto en mi blog.
Ahorita veo las fotos y deseo otro coco bien frío 🫠🤤
