I love Japanese food, all my friends know this too.
And luckily, I also have Japanese friends as well.
Fukuro, is a Dining and Sake Bar located in SCBD, Jakarta.
It's an authentic Japanese restaurant where you can eat custom dishes, cooked directly by the authentic Japanese Chef, right in front of your eyes.
Honestly, it's an amazing experience. I know I will love this place since the first time I got there.
No wonder, Take san--my friend that brought me there--become the top spender on that restaurant.
"It tastes like how it tasted in Japan", he said.
It was a heavenly tasted Kobe Wagyu, melted in my mouth.
Inducing some kind of 'natural high', or probly it just me getting tipsy. 🤣
There is also a unique Okonomiyaki, as side dish.
Finally, we enjoy a bottle of Japanese Whiskey to wrap that night, because good meat should be appreciated with good alcohol right?
