Si veo en perpectiva este mes fue muy bueno pero al mismo tiempo pasa que muchas veces apuntamos a una perfeccion que no existe, senti que cuide mucho mas de mi por fuera y por dentro pero al mismo tiempo por fijar mucho la mirada noté que mi energia seguia sin mejorar asi que empece a actuar y cambiar un poco mis habitos ya ire comentando un poco los cambios.
