Sunrise at Rizal Boulevard, Dumaguete City
Sunlight begins to appear in the sky.
Hi Hivers in Liketu community, do you love watching sunrise or sunsets? Which is your photography subject? I love both, I don't think we need to be a poet or romantic to appreciate the magic of watching this wonderful slideshow of beautiful nature displayed for all of us to see. The only thing if you like chasing sunrise is that you need to do an effort to wake up early, which I did the other day when my friend and I went out for an early jog to also catch up the sunrise in Rizal boulevard, I have mentioned in one of my posts about this place that this is a popular tourist spot in Dumaguete. People are there all day and the numbers can be doubled in the afternoon. There are more benches added this year where visitors and tourists can sit to watch sunrise/ sunsets as boats come in and out of the nearby port. In the morning, you'll basically see people who are active in sports, joggers , and athletes.
It is very pleasant to do exercises in this area along the breakwater to witness the Tequila Sunrise. Sunrises here are more prominent because the boulevard faces east though there are also times when fiery sunsets in the west lend their colors to the skies here, then we got to see the changing colors of the city's waterfront for our eyes to feast on.
At night time, street foods that are the most inexpensive quality, are also available for the public to splurge on. There are hotels, restaurants, and cafes if you want a fine dine just the opposite side of the boulevard. It means, it has everything because it is the center of the city.
Where and when was the last time you watch sunrise and sunsets? Every time I watch sunrise or sunset , suddenly my mood changes, and definitely it really become my favorite subject of photography and I'll be forever hunting for this nature's beauty.
See you in my next blog Hivers!
