The longest day ever 🫠😮‍💨(ENG/SPA)

A few days ago I had to go to Los Teques for work errands, and although it was quite far away, I did not see it as a major problem since they would take me by private car.

So I woke up at 7 AM to get ready.

I had planned to take only an hour, including breakfast, but I felt like washing my hair and I took much longer bathing 🤣 obviously when they came to pick me up I still had not had breakfast, so in order not to leave with an empty stomach, I prepared an omelet with two eggs super fast and accompanied it with a slice of cassava.

Hace unos días tuve que ir a Los Teques por diligencias laborales, y aunque me quedaba bastante lejos, no lo vi como un problema mayor ya que me llevarían en auto particular.

Así que me desperté a las 7 AM para alistarme.

Tenía pensado tardarme solo una hora, incluyendo el desayuno, pero me antoje de lavarme el cabello y me tarde mucho más bañandome 🤣 obviamente cuándo me vinieron a buscar aun no había desayunado, así que para no irme con el estómago vacío, me preparé una tortilla con dos huevos de forma super veloz y la acompañe con una rebanada de casabe.

I ate in the car, but everything was going well. Until we had an accident in Guatire and we had to leave the car there in a garage and keep going up by public transportation.

Honestly, it was terrible. I lost count of how many buses I had to take. One from Guatire to Caracas, and then in Caracas, from Petare to Plaza Venezuela, and there we took one to Los Teques. And that was just one way... We also walked a lot. Approximately 12,000 steps and that's quite a lot, since I usually only do 5,000.

Fortunately, I managed to do everything I had planned but it wasn't the best day. I left my house at 8:30 AM and arrived at 6:30 PM.

It sure was an adventure 😂

Comí en el auto, pero todo iba bien. Hasta que nos accidentamos en Guatire y tuvimos que dejar el auto allí en un taller y seguir subiendo en transporte público.

Honestamente, fue terrible. Perdí la cuenta de cuantos autobuses tuve que agarrar. Uno de Guatire a Caracas, y luego en caracas, de Petare a Plaza Venezuela, y allí agarramos uno hacia Los Teques. Y eso solo de ida... Además caminamos muchísimooo. Aproximadamente como 12 mil pasos y es bastante, ya usualmente solo hago 5 mil.

Afortunadamente, logré hacer todo lo que tenía planeado pero no fue el mejor día. Salí de mi casa a las 8:30 AM y llegué a las 6:30 PM.

Sí que fue una aventura 😂
