Hola a la gente de Liketu y Hive!
Este es mi primer post en esta plataforma y quería comenzar con la cena de anoche con mi novia.
Fuimos a comer a Barcelona Asturias, un restaurante en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires que sirven comida típica española combinada con comidas Argentinas.
Es la primera vez que vamos y nos habían recomendado que vayamos temprano para cenar porque el lugar suele tener mucha gente esperando para obtener una mesa.
Así que hicimos caso y fuimos muy temprano, y obtuvimos una mesa para 2 apenas llegamos.
Nos atendieron muy bien ,primero con el menú y tostadas de pan con salsa Alioli para acompañar.
Luego pedimos el Plato del Día que era una carne vacuna hervida y luego cocinada en una salsa de tomates con verduras varias con Papas Fritas con corte española. Acompañado por un plato de Rabas, que son Calamares rebozado con harina y huevo (Es nuestro plato favorito aunque es muy caro).
Y para tomar una cerveza Patagonia, de Argentina. Era un día muy caluroso y algo fresco era ideal.
La carne se podía cortar con solamente el tenedor, ya que estaba hervido en primer lugar para luego terminar de cocinarse en el horno en una salsa muy rica con mucho gusto, no le hizo falta ponerle sal ni otro condimento. Y las papas crocantes por la fritura, que acompañado por la carne hacían una combinación perfecta.
Compartimos el plato porque nos dijeron que el plato de Rabas era grande y alcanzaba para compartir.
Las rabas, al ser nuestro plato favorito, siempre que vamos a un restaurante y hay Rabas, pedimos. Por desgracia, en muchos lugares están mal hechas o se nota que el Calamar es viejo y el rebozado en general no nos gusta. Pero al verlo a primera vista, nos enamoramos jeje.
Al morder se escuchaba crujir, y eso habla de el rebozado, que está perfecto. Y el gusto y la textura del calamar estaba muy rico.
Pensabamos pedir postre porque siempre lo hacemos, pero estabamos muy llenos, habíamos comido mucho y muy bien. Por ende fuimos caminando a mi casa donde teníamos guardado en la heladera un Crumble de Manzana con Merengue arriba.
El día anterior había sido el cumpleaños de mi hermano y nos llevamos lo que sobraba de torta. Estaba hecha por su novia y la verdad es que estaba delicioso.
En fín, comer afuera siempre es lindo, siempre y cuando sea un lugar recomendado y sobretodo que la atención sea buena.

Hello to the people of Liketu and Hive!
This is my first post on this platform and I wanted to start with dinner last night with my girlfriend.
We went to eat at Barcelona Asturias, a restaurant in the City of Buenos Aires that serves typical Spanish food combined with Argentinean food.
It's the first time we've been here and they had recommended that we go early for dinner because the place usually has a lot of people waiting to get a table.
So we went very early, and got a table for 2 as soon as we got there.
They treated us very well, first with the menu and bread toast with Alioli sauce to accompany it.
Then we ordered the Dish of the Day which was boiled beef and then cooked in a tomato sauce with various vegetables with Spanish cut French Fries. Accompanied by a plate of Rabas, which are Calamari battered with flour and egg (It is our favorite dish although it is very expensive).
And to have a Patagonia beer, from Argentina. It was a very hot day and something cool was ideal.
The meat could be cut with only a fork, since it was boiled in the first place and then finished cooking in the oven in a very rich sauce with great taste, it did not need to add salt or other seasoning. And the crispy potatoes for frying, which accompanied by the meat made a perfect combination.
We shared the dish because they told us that the Rabas dish was big and enough to share.
The squids, being our favorite dish, whenever we go to a restaurant and there are squids, we order. Unfortunately, in many places they are poorly made or you can tell that the squid is old and we don't like the batter in general. But seeing it at first sight, we fell in love hehe.
When biting, you could hear a crunch, and that speaks of the batter, which is perfect. And the taste and texture of the squid was very rich.
We thought about ordering dessert because we always do, but we were very full, we had eaten a lot and very well. So we walked to my house where we had an Apple Crumble with Meringue on top stored in the fridge.
The day before had been my brother's birthday and we took what was left of the cake. It was made by his girlfriend and the truth is that it was delicious.
In short, eating out is always nice, as long as it is a recommended place and above all that the service is good.
