Hi Hive friends!
On FB, I saw a mama of 3 posting photos of her fitness progress from Day 1 until now.
She has a home gym, she bought many gym equipments that are now helping her to burn those calories.
Watching all her videos and photos I am inspired to start all over again.
Since I was in Spain for a month for the summer holiday with my family, every day we were so active from swimming, paddling, snorkeling, biking, and walking.
I wasn't able to update on Strava2Hive because I was tired.
Although I don't have so many gym equipments, what I only have are these:
- a stepping machine
- 2 pairs of 0.5 kg dumb bells
We don't have so much space at home so I cannot have a home gym.
I need to be kinder to myself and do at least 5k steps a day.
Next month, I will have my 36th birthday so I need to focus to be healthier and stronger for my kids.
I'm happy to have Snaps so that I can post random snaps of my Huawei health progress.
Anyway, I always start my day eating breakfast. Some French baguette with butter and jam, and coffee with milk.
I am hoping to be committed, to update for at least a month.
This is also in preparation for the winter ski holiday. LOL
