This project is incredibly special to me because I had wanted to do something very artistic with really vintage clothes my whole life. Everything you see in these photographs is real. I was looking for a field that had that type of spike and I found it.
After searching for 4 years for a place like this, a safe place, a well-lit place, a place with depth of field, a place that had both sun and shade, I found this beautiful place in the most remote place of the most remote romanticization or one of the most remote places in My city thanks to a colleague, A few months ago I was telling this colleague that I had always wanted to do that Tumblr photo session when Tumblr was a very famous social network and that I managed to half recreate it with my birthday photos but For example, my birthday dress It's not a vintage dress, it's a pint-style dress It's just that I had recently bought it online, I also used my usual camera lens and I don't know, I feel that it lacked that touch and he told me the touch that What is missing is that it is really vintage.
So the organization of the photo session began. The first and main thing that I wanted this time is that all the elements were vintage, so I used a lens from 1979, a super heavy lens is spectacular because you can see the depth of field, it is very bright, so I had to use elements like shadows. of the trees etc. it was really trial and error And it was wonderful the place was so hidden that the photos had to turn out well or they had to turn out well because it is an hour's walk in the middle of the Savannah to find exactly that type of plant whose name I don't know that look like spikes and that look so beautiful the day was also lent thanks to God.
Let's see, I'll explain, I told the model to be at my house at 4 in the afternoon with the intention of taking the photographs when the sun went down. Generally, this is not my choice when it comes to models, I like women with real bodies and give those women with real bodies a chance, more fuller maybe shorter women maybe etc. But this time those clothes were really small my mother-in-law was a really skinny person and she didn't want the clothes to be too big on her she didn't want to have to make big adjustments because working in the studio is not the same as working outdoors thank God with [yeinskerli] (https://instagram.com/@yeinskerli_2005?) there was no There was no problem at all the clothes were perfect except for the skirt that was a little big but we were able to fix that the feeling that was what mattered most to me was perfect and did a great honor to my mother-in-law and my dreams as a creator since this is a personal project with respect to what I was telling you about the weather the day was quite sunny So I thought I was going to be able to capture some beautiful images with the Golden Hour time then but to my surprise It was like rainy weather and I said well if we get wet we get wet guys we take pictures in the rain Although we had a house very very close we couldn't take shelter it never rained The weather was quite nice but lacked clouds then Well in that sense, Ya that the heat in my city is suffocating.
