Aside from the busy work schedule that leaves me limited time to unwind, the cold winter weather hasn't been encouraging to get out into the forest for a walk.
The weather report lately looks to be warming up slightly, which seems to signal in another five weeks, winter will be over.
I look forward to warm weather for more outdoor activities when I get the chance to.

When crispy cool outdoors normally best time for a walk if the sun is shining, very invigorating. On the other hand, warmth of the duvet, hot chocolate and a good book also rewarding after a long week at work.

I also wish for bed time which I can only dream of. Left Dunedin to Queenstown yesterday straight to site. Only checked in at motel just before 7pm after waking up 5am for the 4:30 hours drive.
Heavy snow predicted for Queenstown today but I have to get the job done and travel back to Christchurch 6 hours drive.
It is likely I head back to Dunedin tomorrow, Monday.

Wow sounds like you have a lot of driving and require to be on road very often, nice views can also become tiresome behind the wheel on windy hills.
Take care of yourself, hopefully you drive as teams together which helps somewhat.

Arrived in Christchurch a little over an hour ago.
