Ngatimoti was another town we worked in Nelson. Being up there offers gorgeous views. It is on a much higher elevation than Upper Moutere
Though the track to site at Ngatimoti is very narrow with now barrier at the edge, I had my vehicle on 2L and took the drive up and down the hill nice and slow.
Thankfully, there wasn't rainfall when we worked there as it can get slippery. We do make the call whether to stop or continue if it is safe or not depending on weather conditions.
