I was on the road in the early hours before sunrise and drove over Memorial Bridge, even during the day it is a beautiful bridge that I have driven past many times, especially when I lived in Avonhead.
I never saw the bridge when it was dark until that morning, so I planned taking a drive at a night but fortunately from the same trip that had me saw it in the early hours of the morning, I arrived back in Christchurch late at night and yes, I stopped for photos.
From other photos that I have seen online, it seems it has different colors, I will have to explore this bridge further at night.
