I know it is already the New Year but surely the Christmas fever is still upon me. š
For those of you who do not know I can say with absolute certainty that I am 100% pro-Christmas. Well, commercialism aside, I love what the season respresents - hope, joy, peace and above all (perhaps the most important) love.
My parents may never have introduced the concept of Santa Claus to us growing up but that did not spoil Christmastime for us as kids. Even when we did not have "a lot" our parents worked so hard to provide us better meals on Christmas, which as a kid believe me was something I am usually thrilled about. When my older sisters got jobs our Christmas became merrier. I received presents after presents from them and every year they got better. Aah - I miss those days when I was on the usual receiving end of gift giving haha.
As I was accustomed to the gift-giving paradigm so when I got a job after University that started my yearly Christmas tradition - to give a gift to my family. My parents, my seven siblings and my three nieces. Plus the partners of my siblings. I do not know but I really enjoy looking for my presents. Year after year it is something I look forward to. Look my presents may not be expensive ones but they sure are thought of well.
So, imagine my happiness when I found a ChristmasVille with all the fuzzy Christmas-y stuff - YAY. š My friend Gena told me that this park recently got opened this December after the two years it got closed because of the pandemic. Lucky me I was able to visit teh park without much people. Talk about good timing.
What do you think of this Christmas village? It is pretty dope, right? š¤š
