As I grew older, the more I craved for serenity and peace of mind and funny because what I have now is stress in almost every minute of the day. I always hurry, I always run after my daily needs.
I guess this is how life is but I keep working very hard to have my dream life of living on a peaceful place where I can see sunrise and sunsets everyday never worrying on what to eat the next day.
And here I am experiencing a slice fo what I truly wanted; a serene sunset at the farm.
It was a tiring day after working but the evening held a wonderful suprise for me to behold. Skies turned gold as the sun sets, the clouds gathered which even made the surroundings beautiful! We were still working up until past 5 pm. My body was sore and tired and I am very hungry already yet we persisted to finish our work.
The farm was far from the highway and there were no houses in the area and only the tweets of the birds can only be heard and the crickets too. It was truly delightful to behold such scenery and the whole experience refreshed my soul and mind.
I was more encouraged to work hard and reach my goal of living in the farm soon before retirement.
The golden skies, the silhouettes of the trees and shrubs made the experience nice and being with the ones I love made it more special.
