THE POWER OF SACRIFICE
And the King said unto Aranuah, Nay, but i will surely buy it of these at a price, neither will i offer burnt offerings unto the Lord my God of that which doth cost me nothing. 2 Samuel 24:24.
POINT TO CONSIDER
Dearly Beloved, you are designed for greatness. I welcome you to our voice of greatness devotion today. As you sacrifice unto the Lord like David did in our opening text, your generation will swim in royalty.
What are the power of sacrifice?
- Sacrifice has the power to break curses and plagues. It has liberating and deliverance power. Gen 8:20.
- Sacrifice has captivity turning power. Psalms 126:1-2,6. It is the plat form for drastic turn around in a man’s life.
- Sacrifice has the power to activate supernatural supplies. 1Kings 17:10-16. Supernatural supplies is living above deflation, depression and confusion in life. Luke 5:1-6.
- Sacrifice has the power for divine visitation and blessing. Exo. 20:24. Your blessing lies in your place of worship. These are things you will offer, God will appear himself.
- Sacrifice has battle breaking power. It can demolish, disorganize, disintegrate and dismantle battles of life. 2Sam. 7:10.
- Sacrifice has the power for the initiation of the new beginning. Genesis 9:1. Sacrifice is the gear changing device.
- Sacrifice has the power for the activation of supernatural openings. 1Kings 18:30-33.
- Sacrifice is the supernatural activation for spiritual fire. 1Kings 18:30-39. Sacrificial men and women are fire filled people like Elijah. Sacrifice is the key to the glory of God and it can usher a man into grace that prayer and fasting cannot give you. Try and see.
