Weather suddenly cold these days, my company have many people sick, some of them have flu, some of them have cold, if your place is winter now, take care, my friends.
The weather is not really stable in south China recently, today is very hot, but it can suddenly very cold. Our body cannot adopt to the quick change of the temperature, so we need to wear enough clothes to keep warm.
My method to keep warm is, wear more clothes, don’t open fan when at company, and drink hot water or tea. Sometimes I bring rice box to company from home for lunch and dinner, but the food is too dried, the cold weather, I feel uncomfortable to this.
So I want to eat at the restaurant or back home to eat. Last night my husband have friends meeting, he took me to join at his friend home, we ate hot pot for the dinner.
The friend of my husband is a Chaozhou’s family, they made a Chaozhou style hot pot for us. What is the feature of the Chaozhou? The beef and beef meat ball, this is very popular in Chaozhou area, we can see many restaurant sell beef noodle, beef hot pot, many people say they love it after they try. I guess many people will love it if they haven’t eat this style hot pot.
Except beef and beef meat ball, we also have oyster and Chinese sausage, Chinese sausage is make by the pork meat, and need to dry by the sun for many days, when all the water disappeared, we can keep it for long time at home. This is very convenient.
The grill garlic oyster is very popular in Chaozhou also, I think people love hot pot is because we don’t need to wait too long, we only need to put the foods into the soup, after about half minute, the meat can eat.
