SÁBADO DE INSPIRACIÓN E INFLUENCIA

En medio de nuestra cotidianidad, en muchas ocasiones somos incapaces de ver el impacto y grado de influencia que podemos ejercer sobre otros, de manera que nos dejamos robar la bendición ya que dejamos pasar oportunidades valiosas para inspirar a esas personas que se mueven en medio de nuestro entorno.

Ahora, la idea de compartir estas palabras, radica en el hecho de poder estar consciente de nuestras acciones y palabras generan una influencia y parten de nuestra realidad de interacciones, quizás te estés preguntando ¿cómo lo haría?, pues déjame decirte que resulta tan sencillo como ejecutar un gesto de bondad o más sencillo aun, a través de una palabra de aliento, ya que son acciones cuyo potencial es más amplio de lo que piensas.

Imagina el siguiente escenario, estoy seguro que para los que me leen, sabrán de que hablo, cada uno de nosotros, genera una esfera de influencia, similar a las ondas concéntricas que se generan en la superficie del agua en un estanque, cuando lanzamos una roca, de modo que estas ondas se propagan llegando a personas que ni siquiera sabemos que están presentes.

Partiendo de este principio, anualmente desarrollamos en evento denominado La Cumbre Global de Liderazgo, actividad que se ha extendido a más de 50 países y de la cual me siento privilegiado de formar parte, en medio de este gran evento, podemos ejercer una gran influencia que nos permite inspirar la vida de otras personas, retándolas para que su liderazgo sea su legado, ya que cuando un líder mejora, todos crecemos, y cuando tu mejoras, tu circulo de influencia también lo hace.

La Cumbre Global, se lleva a cabo en las principales ciudades de nuestro país, aunque en esta oportunidad logramos desarrollar una Cumbre extendida y logramos traerla a nuestro municipio Catatumbo, donde logramos atender a más de 50 personas de diferentes sectores de influencia de nuestro municipio, hablando de docentes, policías, líderes religiosos, bomberos, entre otros.

En consecuencia, este evento nos demuestra que cada vez que compartimos una historia inspiradora, alzamos la voz en apoyo de una causa justa y extendemos ondas de positividad y esperanza aún más lejos, de modo que inspirar a otros, nos solo se trata de lo que hacemos o decimos, también se trata de influir con el ejemplo, demostrando quienes somos, exhibiendo nuestra integridad y la forma autentica como vivimos y como perseguimos nuestros sueños con determinación y valentía.

In the midst of our daily lives, many times we are unable to see the impact and degree of influence we can exert on others, so we let ourselves steal the blessing as we miss valuable opportunities to inspire those people who move in the midst of our environment.

Now, the idea of sharing these words, lies in the fact that we can be aware that our actions and words generate an influence and start from our reality of interactions, maybe you are wondering how I would do it, well let me tell you that it is as simple as executing a gesture of kindness or even simpler, through a word of encouragement, as they are actions whose potential is broader than you think.

Imagine the following scenario, I am sure that for those of you who read me, you will know what I am talking about, each one of us, generates a sphere of influence, similar to the concentric waves that are generated on the surface of the water in a pond, when we throw a rock, so that these waves spread reaching people that we do not even know are present.

Based on this principle, annually we develop an event called The Global Leadership Summit, an activity that has been extended to more than 50 countries and of which I feel privileged to be part, in the midst of this great event, we can exert a great influence that allows us to inspire the lives of others, challenging them so that their leadership is their legacy, because when a leader improves, we all grow, and when you improve, your circle of influence does too.

The Global Summit takes place in the main cities of our country, although this time we managed to develop an extended Summit and we managed to bring it to our municipality Catatumbo, where we managed to attend more than 50 people from different sectors of influence of our municipality, talking about teachers, police, religious leaders, firefighters, among others.

Consequently, this event shows us that every time we share an inspiring story, we raise our voice in support of a just cause and spread ripples of positivity and hope even further, so that inspiring others is not only about what we do or say, it is also about influencing by example, demonstrating who we are, exhibiting our integrity and the authentic way we live and how we pursue our dreams with determination and courage.
