I know something about of photography thanks to my wife because she loved, but technical I don't know anything about this art... But it's very nice!
I have never been able to get some like that with my cel.

Hahaha Well I my phone is not the better one but I use a software called Gcam, this a mod of the camera that Google use in the Pixel phones and it's improve a lot the pictures result especially as photos with highlights or at night. After that I always do a small retouch with any photo editor in the cellphone.
