ACHIEVING A GOAL / ALCANZANDO UNA META

Today I want to share with you a very gratifying experience in my life, once again I had the opportunity to achieve one more goal in my academic life, today was the signing of the activity minute book that precedes the solemn act of awarding the medal and awarding Postgraduate degrees in Educational Management and Supervision at the National Experimental University of Teaching UNEM act that took place in Carúpano Sucre State Venezuela.

I feel very satisfied and full of mixed feelings of happiness and nostalgia for everything lived in those years of living together and life experiences that united us as a group and allowed us to appropriate the knowledge to improve our professional practice and thus be able to put them at the service of others with love, affection and dedication.

It is important to live the processes, from the first moment we start a study we enter a set of variables that imply socialization and integration into a new group of variable personalities and diverse behaviors, a new and interesting world in terms of interpersonal, academic, coexistence among other factors that are integrated with the passage of time, strangers become friends, friends become family, disciples become teachers and reciprocally we all learn from each other without distinctions or considerations.

What at one time seems distant and endless takes shape with the passing of days, months and years, of course requires gigantic efforts, joys and troubles with the passing of each new day, it is not easy to acquire the discipline of methodical study and systemic from one day to the next, of course this requires going through a difficult but not impossible process, successes and failures, triumphs and failures, each one with its degree of difficulty and with each one of them one matures and when we overcome ourselves we are reborn with much more strength and momentum.

It is very essential not to be overcome by hopelessness, depression and frustrations that come with inadequate management of our emotions and that are the order of the day, since we are all affected at one time or another by one of these situations that affect us. they generate fear and insecurities, misconceptions or any inappropriate behavior, of course we cannot get carried away by the euphoria of triumph and neglect our study rhythm by trusting in our abilities, much less run over others because we feel at an advantage, rather we must help our colleagues find their own way or style of learning, work as a team with the goal of cohesiveness for all in a win-win process.

Everything previously described in my narrative is only my humble and summarized appreciation, there are so many things to say, so many moments and anecdotes to tell, many friendships, loves, disappointments, joys and endless stories that intertwine where we were protagonists and at the same time secondary characters according to the position of each narrator, each one is the main actor in his story and is a secondary character in the history of others, that is why it is important to leave good memories and cultivate operational and functional friendships throughout our walk.

Meeting up with old friends, or brothers and sisters of life was very gratifying on this day for me and I am sure that for each one of them as well, it was a very affective meeting and I thank God first of all for the favors received and for his infinite blessings.

That is why I want to share my experience and my photographs that can show the essence of what my narrative expresses and according to the experience of each one of you who very pleasantly take a moment to read this post and I am almost sure that you will let it fly. their imagination and will evoke all those moments that they harbor in their hearts from the experiences lived, those of the old school always return to photo albums that become time machines to give strength to our memories and the youngest will resort to digital files and different social networks that keep all the support of those moments captured for posterity.

El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una experiencia muy gratificante en mi vida nuevamente tuve la oportunidad de cumplir una meta más en mi vida académica, hoy fue la firma del libro de actas actividad que antecede al acto solemne de imposición de medalla y entrega de títulos del Post Grado en Dirección y Supervisión Educativa en la Universidad Nacional Experimental del Magisterio UNEM acto que se llevó acabo en Carúpano Estado Sucre Venezuela.

Me siento muy satisfecho y lleno de sentimientos encontrados de felicidad y nostalgia por todo lo vivido en esos años de convivencia y experiencias de vida que nos unieron como grupo y permitieron que pudiéramos apropiarnos de los conocimientos para mejorar nuestra práctica profesional y así de esta manera poder ponerlos al servicio de los demás con amor cariño y dedicación.

Es importante vivir los procesos, desde el primer momento que iniciamos algún estudio entramos en un conjunto de variables que implican la socialización e integración a un nuevo grupo de personalidades variables y conductas diversas un mundo nuevo e interesante en cuanto a lo interpersonal, académico, convivencia entre otros factores que van integrando con el pasar del tiempo, los extraños su vuelven amigos , los amigos se vuelven familia, los discípulos van transformándose en maestros y recíprocamente todos aprendemos de cada cual sin distinciones ni miramientos.

Lo que en un momento parece lejano e inacabable va tomando forma con el pasar de los días, meses y años, por supuesto requiere esfuerzos gigantescos alegrías y sinsabores con el transcurrir de cada nuevo día, no es nada fácil adquirir la disciplina del estudio metódico y sistémico de un día para otro, por supuesto que esto requiere pasar por un proceso difícil mas no imposible, aciertos y desaciertos, triunfos y fracasos, cada uno con su grado de dificultad y con cada uno de ellos se va madurando y al sobreponernos renacemos con mucha más fuerza e ímpetu.

Es muy fundamental no dejarse ganar por la desesperanza, la depresión y las frustraciones que conllevan un manejo inadecuado de nuestras emociones y que están a la orden del día, puesto que todos nos vemos afectado en momento u en otro por alguna de estas situaciones que nos generan miedo e inseguridades, errores de conceptos o cualquier conducta inadecuada, por supuesto tampoco podemos dejarnos llevar por la euforia del triunfo y descuidar nuestro ritmo de estudio por confiarnos en nuestras capacidades, ni mucho menos atropellar a otros por sentirnos en ventaja, más bien debemos ayudar a nuestros compañeros a encontrar su propia forma o estilo de aprendizaje, trabajar como equipo teniendo como meta la cohesión de todos en un proceso de ganar - ganar.

Todo lo anteriormente descrito en mi narrativa es solo mi humilde y resumida apreciación, hay tantas cosas que decir tantos momentos y anécdotas que contar, muchas amistades, amores, decepciones, alegrías y un sinfín de historias que se entrelazan en donde fuimos protagonistas y a la vez personajes secundarios de acuerdo a la posición de cada narrador, cada quien es el actor principal de su historia y es un personaje secundario en la historia de los demás, por eso es importante dejar buenos recuerdos y cultivar amistades operativas y funcionales a lo largo de nuestro andar.

Reunirse con viejos amigos, o hermanos de la vida fue muy gratificante en este día para mí y estoy seguro que para cada uno de ellos también, fue un encuentro muy afectivo y agradezco primeramente a Dios por los favores recibidos y por sus infinitas bendiciones.

Por eso quiero compartirles mi experiencia y mis fotografías que pueden mostrar la esencia de lo que mi narrativa expresa y de acuerdo a la experiencia de cada uno de ustedes los que muy agradablemente se toman un momento para leer este post y estoy casi seguro que dejaran volar su imaginación y evocaran todos esos momentos que albergan en sus corazones de las experiencias vividas, los de la vieja escuela siempre volvemos a los álbumes fotográficos que se transforman en máquinas del tiempo para darle fuerza a nuestros recuerdos y los más jóvenes recurrirán a los archivos digitales y distintas redes sociales que guardan todo el respaldo de esos momentos capturados para la posteridad.
