So it's been a few months since the comp and I have maintained a relatively slim figure I dropped down to 72kgs for comp and now sitting on 77kgs which I am trying to balance currently as there is a competition coming up in April that I want to throw my hang or more so my body into once again. I am a little hesitent because I am trying to build areas where I am lacking such as legs and rear delts and back which are slowly starting to catch up to the rest of my body.
While my legs aren't bad they lack the size and it's something I have been focusing on building.
So far we are doing really well and getting there
