The Sunday walk is a recurring walk and always through the city center. The city is Bucharest and it is the capital of Romania. Good time for the walk, summer is already here and it's hot, maybe too hot, considering it's just beginning. It makes us think with some concern about what it will be like in July-August when it will be in full force.
I live in the suburbs, which I like a lot and for this reason, I don't leave the area. Except when necessary. This makes Sunday walks through the old town center feel like a little trip. The center is not very big, so we have to walk around the same well-known places, but we always try to see hidden streets or places where we don't usually go. Fortunately, we find such places, like this passage, a passage between two alleys through the inner courtyard of some buildings.
It's a place with old and not very well kept houses, with tenants who are not very careful about where they live. For this reason, I avoided crossing this passage. This time I noticed a change. The arrangement of some small terraces and the attempt to bring color to a not very cheerful place, with the help of umbrellas. The idea is taken, of course, from elsewhere...
