Hello to food lovers,
Today, i made chicken drums tomato gravy in a pressure cooker.
Short story,
- Remove skin from the chicken drums and marinated them in ginger-garlic paste and paprika powder for approx 30 minutes
- In the pressure cooker, cooked onions first then added spices and then tomatoes. Let it cook till the tomatoes got soft and then add the marinated chicken
- Mix them well and then added water, salt and garam masala.
- put the lid on the pressure cooker and let it cook till i heard 3 whistles.
- let the pressure cooker cool down naturally and then opened it.
Chicken was nicely cooked. Needed some more salt and spice, rest was nice.
Today, i had it with slice bread.
