Hey there my Hive friends and followers!
You might still remember the magnificent Brevnov Monastery here in Prague that I wrote about in this post a couple of months ago. We visited this amazing place again on a beautiful sunny afternoon last weekend and I did another little photo shooting over there. However, I didn´t want to take the same pictures as I did the last time so instead of focusing on the monastery itself, I zeroed in on the blooming flowers and trees surrounding the monastery while making sure to have the impressive medieval buildings blurred out in the background.
I really liked this idea and enjoyed the shooting but unfortunately, I soon realized that even though the monastery is surrounded by large gardens and orchards, there were not really that many different flower and tree species blooming at that time so eventually, I ended up with just 7 pictures :( I still find them kind of cool though so let me share them with you...
I hope you enjoyed this little collection of unusual "architectural" shots and please feel free to check out the original post about the monastery that I linked above to see this ancient gem in its full beauty and splendor. You can also find some info about the history of that place in that post.
