Since I was younger, Minnie Mouse has been more than just a character to me. This pretty Disney character has been my favorite not to mention her timeless charm. And, it is no surprise that Minnie has been my beloved character for as long as I can remember.
One of my recent memories of embracing my love for Minnie was during a school event when we were asked to dress up as literary characters in a book. While many of my colleagues chose more traditional literary figures, I knew right away that I had to go as Minnie Mouse.
Perhaps it was not about following the crowd or picking the most lovely character, but as for me, it was about representing the fun and charming spirit that Minnie embodies. I simply wore a simple pink dress with a cutie Minnie Mouse headband getup with a feeling of stepping into a world of fun and imagination, just as Minnie always does.
