One of my favorite moments at the shore is to witness the Sun going down. Although I have been a sunset hunter since I was younger, the moment is always different as I often find it enchanting and magical.
The blue sky, the spectacular clouds, the marks of waves on the sand, and the golden hour made my day so delightful when I traveled to one of the scenic beaches in Misamis Oriental, Philippines. How I love to see the beauty of nature in so many ways and one of them is to explore and discover a mesmerizing spot.
What attracted me first were the marks of waves since it was a low tide. I was so amazed at how the sand had extraordinary marks that I rarely see. So I had quick shots and enjoyed the view. And then the Sun started to kiss the horizon which made me excited to capture the moment even more.
Excited as I was, I strolled alone since my cousins were also busy capturing the view. I brought my tripod with me and captured myself by setting multiple timers during sundown. And it made me take a lot of selfies at the angle where I could have the scenic view as my background.
While I was setting my camera timer in the tripod, I noticed there were few passers-by and it was so timely to have a creative shot as they passed by at my back while taking many candid shots. Funny how the camera captured in one of my photos that I am looking at the sides with the man behind me. And so, I ended up with a million selfies.
Perhaps I was so thrilled that I caught the sunset once more in a day of my life and even excited to capture more with the feeling that it will never be the same again as I have a shot every second. I went home and back to Bukidnon with a happy heart as I cherished the beautiful memories I had at the shore.
