Everyday when I go to pick up my son from school...me and my wife, we wait just next to these hibiscus plants in the school garden!!!
And being there 5 days a week, i get to see how these lovely flowers transforms from green pods to beautiful red hibiscus flowers!
You get a lot of different varieties and colors of hibiscus around the island and some time back, I was even using them in my cuisine!
I have to try them in some new recipes and see the result...and tips friends!?
