Every day, I always buy Pandesal bread and stuff it with assorted fillings. Sometimes I put a fried egg, while on other days, I choose to use Meatloaf. Today, I have decided to fill it with ham, chicken spread, and cheese.
Pandesal is like the national bread of the Philippines. Every Filipino knows this bread. Unlike other breads with a smooth surface, pandesal has a grainy texture. Pandesal can also be eaten without any filling, and it pairs well with hot coffee or hot chocolate.
