Hello everyone,
I started capturing macro shots for a while now, It was very hard to capture good macro photos, since I don't have proper gear, I use nikon D3300 with kit lens that is 18 to 55 mm lens. I use the kit lens in reverse to capture macro shots.
I was only capturing small animals like chameleon and some squirrels, but most of the time I spook them and I only have good photos of chameleon to be honest, they are the only creature that doesn't scared of me when I try to reach them. But that I got very bored of only taking photos of chameleon, so I started to take some photos of insects, but since I didn't have a dedicated macro lens, those were not looking pretty, that's when i remembered my friend who used to take some great macro photos, so I called him up and asked him for some advice, that's when he told about some techniques that he used when he took photos. Using reverse ring.
Last week I was exploring this technique to capture lot of macro photos, but it was very hard since I don't have an external flash and I cant focus with the camera, I have to manually move camera to focus, Even then I still managed to capture some good photos.
Hope you liked the photos, If you have any comments on the editing, cuz I know, the editing is not good, please let me know.
Thank you!
