Ohanku road is the major connector between the main road distribution with the Aba hinterlands. Due to it's nature, it is very important because major food production and labor comes from those hinterlands and very important to sustain the city.
Over the years, the road have become very deplorable and bad. Government neglected it and failed to maintain it periodically. Also, pervious government openly accused the vast population of the city that lives in this neighborhood of not voting him, so bad road will be a great their punishment. It really affects the people a lot.
Such development is highly appreciated because it is common to have unresponsive government and this region celebrate as this present government remembers this road and ready to work on it.
