This little cat adopted me for a whole day, he took care of me and whatever I could share with him during that afternoon of waiting. We were waiting for my mom's medical checkup, so he was my companion.

I am convinced that animals have a unique maternal instinct, they are able to know when we feel lonely and be there for us; we humans should really learn a little of the solidarity they show.

I didn't want to pet him too much because I couldn't take him with me, but we did share some food. In the place they call him "Covito" and apparently it is because since the pandemic he stayed in that medical assistance place.

The truth would be nice to find a home for every little cat that kindly give us their company in some places like this, or to be able to take them and know that we can leave them somewhere safe, those who can adopt should not hesitate to do so with these little feline angels.

It didn't bother me that he adopted me all afternoon and almost until nightfall, it made me think about how amazing nature is and how weak we are as humans. I hope that this gesture of accompanying me will be repeated with other people who need him, and that in the end he will have a home with someone who will discover all his affection, friendship and beauty.

Este pequeño gato me adoptó todo un día, estuvo pendiente de mí y de lo que podía compartirle en esa tarde de espera. Estuvimos esperando el chequeo médico de mi mamá, así que me sirvió de compañía.

Estoy convencida de que los animales tienen un instinto maternal único, ellos son capaces de saber cuándo nos sentimos solos y estar para nosotros; realmente los humanos deberíamos aprender un poco de la solidaridad que ellos muestran.

No quise acariciarlo mucho porque no podía llevarlo conmigo, pero si compartimos un poco de alimentos. En el lugar le dicen “Covito” y aparentemente es porque desde la pandemia se quedó en ese sitio de asistencia médica.

La verdad sería lindo encontrar un hogar para cada pequeño gato que amablemente nos brindan su compañía en algunos lugares como este, o poder tomarlos y saber que los podemos dejar en algún lugar seguro, quienes puedan adoptar no deben dudar de hacerlo con estos pequeños ángeles felinos.

No me molestó que me adoptara toda la tarde y casi hasta anochecer, me hizo pensar en lo asombrosa que es la naturaleza y lo débiles que somos como humanos. Espero que este gesto de acompañarme se repita con otras personas que necesiten de él, y que al final tenga un hogar con alguien que descubra todo su cariño, su amistad y su belleza.
