My motivation in Gym

Hello my beautiful friends hope you guy's are enjoying your weekend, same with me, i want to talk about how i went to gym this morning.

I'm @smarto i love gym so much because that's part of what makes me happy but something incredible happened.

I started gyming when I was 20 years old i enjoy it, i have benefits of going to the gym, because there are so many reasons why hitting the gym is great for me! It helps improve my physical health, boosts your energy levels, and can even improve your mood. it's a great way to relieve stress and build strength.

why i stop gyming and why!!

I got an accident with my bicycle when I'm going for an errand, thank God that I did not lost my life because it was in a busy road in the year 2021,. I stop gym because I hurt myself so much I got injury on my hand and also my nail.

There could be several reasons why someone might stop going to the gym. It could be due to a lack of motivation, busy schedule, or even injuries. Life can sometimes get in the way, but it's important to find ways to stay active and take care of our bodies. If you're feeling like you want to get back into it, maybe try finding a workout buddy or setting specific goals to help you stay motivated. Remember, consistency is key.

This morning I motivate myself to go to the gym I know that I have lack a lot of strength because of what happened to me.

I started from dumbbell to stretch my hand letter on I went for chest

Let me motivate myself,, there is one motivation they always said in a gym house👉 no pain no gain 👈
Motivation is key when it comes to going to the gym!
There are many things that can help us keep motivated:

( 1 ) we need to Find a workout buddy,, Exercising with a friend can make it more enjoyable and help keep us accountable, we can cheer each other on and celebrate your progress together!

( 2 ) we need to Mix it up by Trying different workouts and exercises can prevent boredom and keep things interesting. Explore different classes, sports, or activities to keep your workouts fresh and exciting.

Also we need to Keep a record of our workouts, measurements, or achievements. Seeing how far you've come can be a great motivator to keep pushing yourself.


These are 12 full body workout we can do at home if we can't go to the gym, 30×3 in each one.

Remember, motivation may fluctuate, but staying consistent and focused on your goals will help you keep going strong.
