Both in the early morning and at different times of the day, I take the same dusty road. There is not much to see, except for a few ownerless bushes growing on both sides of the road, which occasionally let glimpses of the square, unadorned Soviet-style buildings peek through. Several times I have been struck by this contrast that plays with decay and the rare beauty of the union between concrete and nature.
Hoy me fijé en esta planta en particular, la cual normalmente se mostraba completamente verde, pero hoy lucía pequeñas flores naranjas y amarillas que resaltaban entre las hojas. Fue tan extraña la alegría que me permití detener mi camino para observar las flores y tomar algunas fotos que de seguro usaré más tarde en algún collage.
Today I noticed this particular plant, which normally appeared completely green, but today it was sporting small orange and yellow flowers that stood out among the leaves. It was such a strange joy that I allowed myself to stop on my way to look at the flowers and take some photos that I will surely use later in a collage.
