Yesterday, February 1, the start of the month, I decided to go grocery shopping.
I left the house at quarter to 12 nn., so when I arrived, I saw this Beef Pares stall along the road beside Gaisano Mall. The first time I tried eating beef pares was when I was in Manila for an architecture convention trip.
So, as I stopped by the place, there were still a few customers and myself. Only two tables and chairs were available, so I shared with the other. I ordered the unli beef parmesan and unli rice.
The taste was good, and as always, you have the condiments to put on and taste your beef pares. The owner is from Manila, and they brought their recipe here to Cebu: minglanilla. It was nomnom. And guess what? I finished three extra pieces of rice. Haha!
There are a few beef pares stalls and restaurants situated in Minglanilla, Talisay, and Naga. but this one, in this place, was the one that I tasted first.
I will definitely explore the other beef pares stores soon.
