Roti is an Indian flatbread. So I tried making this for myself because I love Indian cuisine.
I put in a cup of flour, water, and a pinch of salt. I molded it until it became doughy. I divided it into four parts and flattened it using a rolling pin. and then I placed it on a heated pan with a bit of oil. When I noticed that it was cooked on the bottom, I flipped it over. then repeated the process with the three remaining doughs.
and then viola, my first-ever roti. It's not perfect yet, but I guess I'll make it perfect soon with more practice.
