I had the opportunity to go to the rural community of Iznaga, in Manaca, Trinidad, where a group of entreprenuer women got close to me so I can buy some of their physical products. While I hadn't any cash, I offered them the possibility to pay with digital money in CUP, but they didn't have any card either. It was when I remembered about a currency called bitcoin which I could buy with it from them. At the beginning the women didn't understand about what it was and they were even afraid of it and the topic I started to talk, but, after thirty minutes of chatting another woman got close to me and she accepted the swap. She wanted to sell me one of her products for a little bunch of bitcoin that I had left in my wallet. So, she got installed an app wallet to receive and the purchase got started. Today, the rural community of Iznaga keep accepting Bitcoin as currency payment when buying products in the local area. If you ever go to the municipality, just try and buy some things and pay with no cash, else with bitcoin ⚡
