Day of erratic rain... I was able to go to train at noon when it stopped raining for a few moments.
I have felt very good. It is clear that the drop in temperature that accompanies the rain helps me perform better, however, I had to return earlier to take shelter from the storm that was brewing.
In the end, it was a 7km run in 32 minutes and some gentle stretching afterward.
