Líderes desde la grandeza del ser
Escribiré esta publicación desde el corazón para poder escribir sobre el liderazgo y poder enfocarlo desde lo que siempre comparto que es la fortalecer de nuestro ser interior. Hay una pregunta que es muy usadas en todas las conferencias, de hecho, en más una de las que he podido compartir, también lo he hecho y es la siguiente: ¿El líder nace o se hace? Y para el tiempo que daba mis conferencias hasta ahora, pienso que he evolucionado un poco estas ideas.
Desde mi experiencia puedo compartir que gran parte de los a un ser humano lo hace un líder es su propia manera de creer en si mismo, porque en la medida que emana ese amor propio se va haciendo en el camino de seguidores, además puedo sumarle que no hay buenos líderes si estos no se acompañan de acciones, porque es necesario la congruencia, en otras palabras, que lo que exprese con palabras lo demuestre y exprese con hechos, esto nos lleva a la madurez.
Otro punto importante es considerar el aprendizaje de vivir sin apegos, aprendiendo a liberar y no amarrándose a identidades que no son nuestras, porque solo la creamos para figurar, de allí la importancia del valor se ser uno mismo, no solo de forma individual y personal a sino ante los demás. Por ello, un aspecto resaltante de un buen líder y una forma de identificarlo es cuando nos encontramos frente a una persona que demuestra su propia identidad, muestra quien es en realidad y esto puede ser un poco complejo y hasta difícil, porque sería como mostrar nuestra esencia, pero cuando se está fortalecido desde los pilares de nuestro ser interior, nos llenamos de la sabiduría suficiente para quedarnos con solo la información que nos interesa y nos lleva a poder rechazar lo que no suma.
Cuando una persona inicia su proceso de reconocimiento hacia el fortalecimiento del ser, en búsqueda del equilibrio, en esa medida cada uno se convierte en líderes de su propia vida. Se requiere asumir responsablemente que para vivir mejor se requiere de moverse, es decir dejar el sedentarismo, aprender a nutrir el cuerpo y alimentar también la mente, todos estos aspectos se conjugan para el llegar a entender run poco el mundo emocional y lo que nos permite poder vivir en equilibrio. Estos pilares son fundamentales para el encuentro de ese liderazgo que todos deberíamos encontrar.

Leaders from the greatness of being
I will write this post from the heart so that I can write about leadership and focus on what I always share, which is strengthening our inner self. There is a question that is often used in all the conferences, in fact, in more than one of those that I have been able to share, I have also asked it and it is the following: Is the leader born or made? And for the time that I have given my conferences until now, I think that I have evolved these ideas a bit.
From my experience I can share that a large part of what makes a human being a leader is his own way of believing in himself, because to the extent that this self-love emanates, he is made on the path of followers. In addition, I can add that there are no good leaders if they are not accompanied by actions, because congruence is necessary, in other words, that what is expressed with words is demonstrated and expressed with facts, this leads us to maturity.
Another important point is to consider learning to live without attachments, learning to free ourselves and not to be tied to identities that are not ours, because we only create them to appear, hence the importance of the value of being oneself, not only individually and personally but before others.
Therefore, a salient aspect of a good leader and a way to identify him is when we find ourselves in front of a person who shows his own identity, shows who he really is and this can be a little complex and even difficult, because it would be like showing our essence, but when we are strengthened from the pillars of our inner being, we are filled with enough wisdom to keep only the information that interests us and leads us to be able to reject what does not add up.
When a person begins their process of recognition towards the strengthening of the being, in search of balance, to that extent each one becomes a leader of their own life. It is necessary to assume responsibly that to live better, it is necessary to move, that is, to leave a sedentary lifestyle, learn to nourish the body and also feed the mind, all these aspects come together to get to understand a little about the emotional world and what allows us to live in balance. These pillars are fundamental to finding that leadership that we should all find.
La visión de un líder desde mi mirada
Se requiere de poder entender que cuando se aspira a ser líder, se requiere entender la razón por la cual estamos en esta tierra y es para servir, ayudar y colaborar con otros. Estos aspectos sencillos, pero a la vez profundos, ameritan de hacerse de una visión de vida que inspire a otros, que sume con palabras y acciones el mejor camino a seguir. Además, que con su ejemplo hace la diferencia y demuestra con su carácter lo que es capaz de lograr, porque es lo que da confianza.
Sin embargo, otro aspecto valioso es poder lograr empatizar con el otro, y esto se logra desde mi manera de ver cuando somos humildes de corazón y no quiero decir con esto que se demuestre debilidad, sino todo lo contrario, la humildad es símbolo de fortaleza, porque con la forma de asumir los desafíos se hacen ejemplo ante los demás.
En mis momentos de introspección, recurro a visitar espacios naturales, porque es aquí donde encuentro la inspiración necesaria para reorganizar mis ideas, y me ayuda a visualizar mi forma de ser y estar en el lugar actual. Entendiendo que ser líder se logra cuando asumimos que estamos aquí para servir, por ello te pregunto ¿De que forma estás en esta tierra?
Somos como capullos que, al abrir en flor al salir de nuestra zona de confort, comenzamos a sentir el bienestar de estar bien con uno mismo.

The vision of a leader from my point of view
It is necessary to be able to understand that when one aspires to be a leader, one needs to understand the reason why we are on this earth and it is to serve, help and collaborate with others. These simple, but at the same time profound aspects, merit having a vision of life that inspires others, that adds with words and actions the best path to follow. In addition, that with his example he makes the difference and demonstrates with his character what he is capable of achieving, because it is what gives confidence.
However, another valuable aspect is being able to empathize with others, and this is achieved from my point of view when we are humble at heart and I do not mean to say that weakness is shown, but quite the opposite, humility is a symbol of strength, because with the way we take on challenges we become an example to others.
In my moments of introspection, I resort to visiting natural spaces, because it is here where I find the inspiration necessary to reorganize my ideas, and it helps me to visualize my way of being and being in the current place. Understanding that being a leader is achieved when we assume that we are here to serve, so I ask you, how are you on this earth?
We are like buds that, when they open in flower after leaving our comfort zone, we begin to feel the well-being of being well with ourselves.
