Hola querida comunidad bendiciones para todos los que hacemos vida en esta maravillosa comunidad, una vez mas la amiga @angelica7 nos hace participe de su maravillosa iniciativa como lo es encuentro de talentos y para esta semana nos trae un nuevo reto el cual lo titulo Ideas Libre que potencian los talentos iniciativa que semana a semana nos pone a pensar y a desafiar nuestros propios retos porque cada tema es un desafío y esta no es la excepción, ideas que muchos tenemos y que hemos puesto en la vida de cada uno de nosotros para potenciar los talentos que tenemos. Cuales son esas ideas que han permitido alcanzar grandes logros? En EmpowerTalent hemos aprendido a buscar esas herramientas para desarrollar nuestros talentos y aquí en esta iniciativa juntos hablaremos de esas ideas que día a día implementamos para empezar alcanzar esas potencias, entonces juntos vamos a crecer y esforzarnos cada día mas para lograr alcanzar lo bueno que esta por venir.

Hello dear community blessings to all of us who make life in this wonderful community, once again the friend @angelica7 makes us participate in its wonderful initiative as it is meeting talents and this week brings us a new challenge which is entitled Free Ideas that enhance the talents initiative that week after week makes us think and challenge our own challenges because every topic is a challenge and this is no exception, ideas that many of us have and we have put in the life of each of us to enhance the talents we have. What are those ideas that have allowed us to achieve great accomplishments? In EmpowerTalent we have learned to look for those tools to develop our talents and here in this initiative together we will talk about those ideas that day by day we implement to begin to reach those powers, then together we will grow and strive every day more to achieve the good things to come.

Muchas son las ideas que nos ayudan a potenciar nuestros talentos, podemos idear esas que nos hacen felices y para eso lo primero que tenemos que hacer es conocer el talento que esta en nosotros para luego potenciarlo, creer que tenemos ese talento y aceptarse a uno mismo tal cual somos de nada vale saber que tenemos esas ideas pero el talento lo tenemos apagado sin potencia, si nos preparamos para desarrollarlo adquirimos poder y eso es importante. Todos tenemos talentos solo hay que saber buscarlos no debemos ser torpe para no aceptar que en nuestras vidas las oportunidades llegan y se van entonces aprovechemos el momento para saber que al tener un talento tenemos el conocimiento para desarrollar las ideas..
Many are the ideas that help us to enhance our talents, we can devise those that make us happy and for that the first thing we have to do is to know the talent that is in us and then enhance it, believe that we have that talent and accept ourselves as we are, it is worthless to know that we have these ideas but we have the talent off without power, if we prepare to develop it we acquire power and that is important. We all have talents we just have to know how to look for them, we should not be clumsy not to accept that in our lives opportunities come and go so let's take advantage of the moment to know that having a talent we have the knowledge to develop ideas.

Existen talentos que nos ayudan a crecer como ser humano, ejemplo de eso puedo decir que si somos buenos para un área bien sea laboral o en nuestras casas ya tenemos ese talento muchos somos buenos para la cocina o en cualquier actividad física, yo puedo decir que soy buena para dibujar me encanta mucho también soy talentosa para imitar voces, para la costura porque me desenvuelvo muy bien en esa área, quizás no tenga un buen talento para otras cosas pero me esfuerzo por aprender y todo eso se logra porque me he trazado metas y esas ideas locas que a veces llegan y que por temor no nos atrevemos a avanzar para alcanzar, para escribir soy un poco loca porque escribo lo que sale de mi es mi sentir y lo expongo es una gracia que me ha ayudado a querer mas y voy por mas no me quedo estancada, las ideas hay que ponerlas a trabajar aunque sean locas, somos libres de soñar y si el momento llega bienvenido sea.
There are talents that help us grow as human beings, example of that I can say that if we are good for an area either at work or in our homes we already have that talent many of us are good for cooking or in any physical activity, I can say that I am good at drawing I love it very much I am also talented to imitate voices, for sewing because I do very well in that area, I may not have a good talent for other things but I strive to learn and all that is achieved because I have set goals and those crazy ideas that sometimes come and that for fear we do not dare to move forward to achieve, to write I am a little crazy because I write what comes out of me is my feeling and I expose it is a grace that has helped me to want more and I go for more I do not stay stagnant, ideas must be put to work even if they are crazy, we are free to dream and if the time comes welcome be.

Siempre es bueno la unidad pues como dice un refrán popular en la unión esta la fuerza trato de asegurarme que las personas que llegan a mi sean potencias mucho mayores que las mías para aprender debo confiar en personas preparadas con imaginaciones sin limitaciones dispuestas a desarrollar las capacidades que cada quien tiene, trataría de imitarlos siempre en unión y ser siempre positiva para esas ideas y sobretodo dejar de lado el miedo y mostrarme con mas confianza en mi misma.
Asi se aprende a compartir ideas en equipo siempre con un propósito con la mirada puesta en lo que se quiere lograr, de esta manera potenciaremos nuestros talentos no debemos dejar que el talento que hoy tenemos sea un absoluto fracaso si no sabemos sacar provecho de el, ahora mi pregunta es que me inspira a crear esas ideas? pues digo que el tiempo ha sido mi mejor amigo sin el no entendería mucho de lo que se anhela otro punto seria la cooperación entre todos aprender a tolerar a todos usando la empatia, mas unión y menos conflicto para todos buscando siempre un área donde seamos libres de opinar y crecer juntos en familia.
Unity is always good because as a popular saying goes in the union is the strength I try to make sure that people who come to me are much greater powers than mine to learn I must rely on people prepared with imagination without limitations willing to develop the capabilities that everyone has, I would try to imitate them always in union and always be positive for these ideas and above all leave aside the fear and show me with more confidence in myself.

Well I say that time has been my best friend without it I would not understand much of what I long for, another point would be the cooperation between everyone, learning to tolerate everyone using empathy, more union and less conflict for all, always looking for an area where we are free to express our opinions and grow together as a family.
