Getting fit and healthy

Hey everyone. I hope you all are fine. I am fine too. I have been working on my fitness as you all know that. I have joined a gym and it has worked magically for me.

I have been feeling a lot active lately. It has been very helpful for my mental health too.


Look how broad my smile has become. I am feeling young with more consistent efforts and let me tell you a very important thing. Diet. It plays a major role in your fitness.

I am now very cautious of what I eat and drink. I am looking for more protein always. Calcium and iron are also necessary. I am looking forward for my vitamins test to know which vitamin is lacking in my body. I'll let you know when it's done.

All I want to say is that we have to look after ourselves for long term. When we grow old, we should not be dependent on others to help us. I am taking care of myself for the future version of myself.
