Greetings everyone!
Here we go today with another blog about the GYM. I am into gym a lot and I just want to share about my new gym, I have joined recently a new posh area gym in my area. So I thought to share about that gym with my hive friends.
As it is very hard for the people to go gym and maintain the discipline. But I am one of those who now doesn't need any motivation. Now my mentality is like no matter what ever the situation I need to go gym every single day even on the weekends and even on national holiday. If the gym is close then I will complete my workout at home with any other equipment.
Well the main problem with the newbies and the beginners is that they are fighting with themselves, but it's not like that you have to give at least 3 months in the beginning for your self and to prepare your mind. And once you see the difference and changes in your body then you will automatically get addicted to it. So I just want to tell that don't give just go into it and try for once. And make your mind strong.
Well it's all about the gym, now let me share you about the new gym which I have join a week ago.
Firstly as we just enter into the gym, we sit at the cafe for few minutes and we were just seeing the menu and place for the first time and it was quite good and the smell of the coffee was coming. The crowd over there was very posh and high standard people were coming and chilling over there.
Then we go up and seeing the changing room it was very decent and clean, the good part over there was that all the things were already sorted to keep the bad, and for different section for washroom. And in the other places and gym all the things are at single place and it becomes very mess. So after wearing the shoes we all went inside the gym, as we open the door the cool air comes out and the high volume sound of the music, people were already vibing over there. The lights over there was very cool and it's was really giving us a vibe of gym.
So as we started our workout we see the different section for squats and deadlift and the weights were already hang on the grill you can take and use them, where in other gym you need to find the weights which take lot and lot of time. So we use that rack properly and then we also see that there is a special place for a DJ a person is coming over there and playing the music. Like it was really too good. In any other gym no one is making like this and no one can give you the vibe like them.
And each and every set/rep we can feel that yeah we are doing something into the gym. And then we understand really what's the gym. We learn that day the real intensity, proper form, vibing etc. and many more. And that day we hit DEADLIFT+ARMS (SHOULDER, TRICEP, BICEP, And FOREARM)
And after completing the workout we all went into the changing room, and we were just seeing the pump of our body, we can really feel it. So we all click some photo to check our body progress and maintain a journal of a body weight. So let me share with you guys and let me tell in the comment how you see the pump.
