Dental health is also a most important thing which we need to maintain where we can able to go closer to someone and talk. We all have many experience like this moment then someone having a bad breath and when they came to us and talk it will surely intimate us they are bad at maintaining the dental cleanliness.
First of all we all need to know about how to brush the teeth. There is certain gesture where we can able to sweep the gems at the tooth hole.
I have improper alignment of a teeth so it was not a easy task for toothbrush to clean the every nook and corner of my teeth. Recently I went to meet dentist to make clear of this problem because increases my bad breath I can't able to talk with the people without wearing about my bad breath.
Dentist suggested that I have to brush my teeth up and down motion on before that I have no idea so I brushched in the possible way but it is not correct then only I started to think about why doctor has said that and it was actually working. If you don't know I am here to tell that just make an up and down motion of your brush you clean your teeth and reduces the bad breath and gems staying in the unreachable area of your brush.
I really don't know how many peoples are following this but I didn't follow this since I rememberd I brush only at morning not in night time before going to bed. Dentist suggested me that we all have to brush our teeth before going to bed as it will reduce the food stagnants on our teeth whole as it creates a lots of bad breath. So don't sleep without brushing your teeth that's it see on tomorrow.
