When we get growing we met to face a lot problems where we can't able to solve alone at certain point and at that situation you need to hire someone who is talented like you and he need to solve half of your problems and this kept growing and then it become a organisation.
But in such a huge organization we can't predict everyone's attention at everytime and that's why we need to store the problems and how to solve the problem into a data farm and make is visible for your next person. For example in olden days before the evaluation of computer and digital data we maintained the book to seek the accounts or whatever the data it maybe but nowadays it becomes very handy and comfortable too. All we need to do is just store your data and retrieve the old data and solve the problem.
Lete begin this title with my real job experience. Actually I was working as a merchandiser in a garments company. Here we get orders in basis of seasons like summer order, winter orders, preautumn like wise. It was easy for me to follow the day-to-day data by handwritten copy and at end of each season i need to feed the data in computer and i feel it was comfortable and getting and feeding data only on digital computer becomes tough. Like wise not a advanced tech is always a easy path.
Also whenever I felt of having a work pressure i used to list down the things which i need to do and it helps me to prioritise the work and it was an awesome solution too. I need to thank one of the instagram video which suggested this idea .
Accuracy of data is impeccable when we write it down or digitalize it. It can refill the solution of problems with right knowledge person in our absence.
